Tour Itinerary
Day One: Arrival in Cairo
When the family arrives at Cairo airport, our representative will meet and greet them and then help everyone with their paperwork, and the carrying of the luggage. Then the family will be driven by a private A/C car to their hotel in Cairo to check in and relax.
The whole family will enjoy a magical sound and light show at night at the Giza plateau with their tour guide and learn about how the ancient Egyptian civilization came into existence.
The whole family will have their dinner at a local restaurant.
You will spend the overnight at your Cairo hotel.
Family Note: If your international arrival is delayed, the Sound & Light Show can be moved to another suitable evening.

Day Two: Head to the Giza Pyramids Complex
The whole family will have their breakfast at their Cairo hotel, then head with your tour guide to witness:

The great Giza Pyramid of king Khufu (2609 BC - 2584 BC) is an incredible construction that came to be in 2600 BC to be his gate to the heavens which is designed by his Vizier Hemiunu. It is one of the last remaining seven wonders of the ancient world, one of the tallest & largest constructions on earth at 147 m (481 ft) tall, and a weight of 6 million tons in total.
The Great Sphinx of Pharaoh Khafre (2558 – 2532 BC) is the heavenly protector of Egypt and is known to be one of the oldest, largest, and most famous man-made statues in the world, carved from a single block of limestone in the shape of a lion body and the head of a man.
The Valley Temple is an ancient medical facility found in the heart of the Giza complex, constructed for performing mummification rituals.
The family can enjoy a peaceful camel ride together through the soft golden dunes. It’s a wonderful way to slow down, enjoy the beautiful scenery, and create unforgettable memories while experiencing a traditional part of desert life.

The Grand Egyptian Museum is a magnificant piece of advanced tech that cost a billion dollar to make in order to display beautiful archaeological marvels, aligned with the astral pyramids of Giza, and spans nearly 490,000 square meters. It serves as a gateway to 5,000 years of history, illuminating the artistry, spirituality, and enduring legacy of ancient Egypt for generations to come. GEM is designed to have one of the biggest conservation centers in the Middle East, along with research labs and educational facilities dedicated to preserving Egypt’s heritage. Everyone can marvel at treasures such as the Hanging Obelisk, the 11-meter colossus of Ramses II, and the complete collection of over 5,000 artifacts from Tutankhamun.
Later, transfer to Cairo Airport for your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight in Aswan.

Day Three: Aswan & the Beauty of the Nile
After breakfast, your family will meet your Egyptologist guide and begin exploring the relaxed beauty of southern Egypt to explore:
The Aswan High Dam was constructed in the early 1960s to control the yearly Nile floods, store water in the great Lake Nasser, and generate hydroelectric power for Egypt.
The Nubian Village is a beautiful open-air attraction on the west bank of the Nile River, filled with colorful art, charming architecture, and a warm cultural spirit. This bright blue settlement is decorated with symbols and murals, while its clothing and crafts reflect the rich heritage of Egypt’s Nubian people. Later, you can enjoy a traditional Felucca Ride.
The Philae Temple, on its walls, carries some of the most fascinating stories from ancient Egyptian culture and history. It was built during the Ptolemaic era in the 7th century BC to honor the legacy of Isis, the goddess of motherhood.
Later, board your Nile cruise, enjoy lunch and dinner on board, and settle into your floating home for the next several days.

Begin with Elephantine Island, one of the Nile’s historic islands that once served as Egypt’s southern frontier and an important trading center connecting Egypt with Nubian lands. Families will enjoy learning about the island’s ancient importance while exploring its peaceful Nile surroundings.
Your family will also enjoy a meaningful school visit in Aswan, offering children and teenagers the opportunity to experience local daily life and cultural interaction in southern Egypt.
After the visit, start sailing along the Nile while enjoying lunch, relaxing onboard time, and beautiful river views.

Day Five: Kom Ombo & Edfu Temples Along the Nile
Enjoy breakfast on board while sailing through the timeless scenery of Upper Egypt.
The exotic temple of Kom Ombo is unique because it is a double temple design that has no other like it. It is one of the last temples ever built between 180 BC and 47 BC; dedicated to two different gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Haroeris “Horus the Elder” on the southern and northern parts of the temple, which is found directly across the back of the Nile River. The temple features impressive reliefs and inscriptions that depict mythological scenes, astronomical facts, and surgical instruments used by Egyptian doctors during their healing practices.
Continue sailing to visit the Edfu Temple, one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt and dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god. Its massive gateways, towering columns, and colorful carvings help families better imagine how ancient Egyptian temples once looked thousands of years ago.
After the visit, return to the cruise and continue sailing toward Luxor while enjoying lunch, onboard relaxation, family photos, and the peaceful atmosphere of the Nile.

After breakfast and cruise check-out, begin exploring Luxor’s legendary ancient treasures on the West Bank of the Nile.
The underground royal mythical labyrinth of the Valley of the Kings is an ancient royal burial ground that served as the final resting place for numerous pharaohs and high-ranking nobles of the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties of the New Kingdom period ( 1550 - 1070 BC). The valley is known for its elaborately 63 royals decorated tombs, including the famous tomb of Tutankhamun, which was uncovered in 1922 by Howard Carter.
The Hatshepsut Temple is a fair maiden of beauty and magnificence also known as Deir el-Bahari, is a mortuary temple dedicated to Queen Hatshepsut (1507–1458 BC), one of the few female pharaohs and overall most successful rulers of ancient Egypt. It is dedicated to the god Amun-Ra, as seen across all the statues and carvings, which also show her birth until the moment of her coronation. The temple is renowned for its unique architectural design across all three floors with giant terraces, colonnades, and statues blending harmoniously with the natural rock formations.

The NMEC will shed some light on the legendary artifacts and monuments of this immortal civilization that dates back more than 4500 of art and beauty with the help of the most advanced means of displaying.
The divine Church of the Virgin Mary is a celestial architectural gem that dates back to the 3rd century made on the place where the holy family took shelter and is renowned for its beautiful Coptic style. The Hanging church is found on one of the gates of the Roman gates of Babylon which are loaded with intricate decorations, ancient icons, and a peaceful atmosphere as you learn about the rich Christian heritage of Egypt.
You will enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.
The enchanting Al Muizz Street is a living museum that shed light on the golden centuries of Cairo's history that came to be in 970 AD in the Fatimid era. This vibrant street is lined with magnificent golden medieval architectural treasures, including mosques, mausoleums, and palaces. It was one of the main streets of the capital which is filled with a number of marvelous intricate craftsmanship and cultural diversity of golden structures.
The miraculous Khan El-Khalili Bazaar is one of Cairo's oldest and most famous markets in the history of the middle ages where the most amazing shopping adventure will be a reality. The golden maze came to be between 1382 and 1389 to be totally filled with narrow streets filled with shops and stalls that are loaded with treasure troves of traditional crafts, spices, jewelry, textiles, and souvenirs.
