Giza Pyramids Complex

A lot of mystery still surrounds this place since the time of its creation in Egypt old kingdom (2686-2181 BC).

Qaitbay Citadel was constructed in 1477 by sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf Al-Din Qa'it Bay on the same site that once held the legendry lighthouse of Alexandria one of seven wonders of the ancient world by using the stones salvaged from the destroyed lighthouse. The citadel is appreciated by all travelers as it contains the illuminating spirit of Alexandria Lighthouse mixed with some amazing architectural designs & decorations for the Islamic era.

Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa

The Catacombs is like an ancient underground house of horrifies buried. It showcases the influence of the ancient Egyptian culture on the Greco-Roman Period, it was constructed as a necropolis dating to 2nd century AD and merged the artistic elements of the Hellenistic and Roman culture with the ancient Egyptian Pharaonic one in the finest manner. Pompey's Pillar
