Tour Reviews
I took a 8 day trip with EGYPT Tour including Cairo & Luxor -Aswan cruise. Our tour guide was Mohammed in Cairo & another guide with same name-sake on the cruise. The trip was well organized, planned with very cordial attitude of guides as well as vehicle drivers. Above all guides were well versed in Egyptology and it was a great learning experience. I highly recommend EGYPT tour and wish them all the best

“Perfect Holiday.”
We booked a week long trip from London with Egypt Portal tours. I had a very specific itinerary in mind and Ahmad made it all work very smoothly, especially important as we took our two children. We visited Cairo, Aswan, Luxor and relaxed a few days in Hurghada and took a snorkelling trip on a lovely boat. Everything was amazingly well organised and Egypt Portal Guides are very knowledgable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We can’t recommend Ahmad and his team highly enough! Thank you!

“Best English Tour Guide in Cairo”
It was our first visit to Egypt and I’d highly recommend the help of a Tour Guide. We had the privilege of having Ahmad Sameer as our English Tour Guide and might I add, his English is excellent, he has a Masters Degree in History and he is polite, trustworthy, punctual and pleasant.
Our holiday started off with 3 days in Cairo, followed by 5 days of Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor.
Ahmed was sensitive to our needs, has impeccable manners and is such a gentleman! He took us to the Flower Cotton shop on the first day as we wanted to buy 100% Egyptian cotton clothes. He tipped the staff and we received excellent service! Wherever he took us, people could speak fluent English and we were treated as V.I.Ps. He paid for lunch when we didn’t have enough cash to try out the local schwarmas and he spoilt us with little surprises like a view over the city, which wasn’t included in our itinerary.
Ahmed took the most beautiful pictures of us wherever we went and he only stopped at places which were government approved with guaranteed products (Essence Museum, Papyrus Institute, Oriental Carpet School). He is aware of security issues and very knowledgeable.
We highly recommend Ahmad – especially since we had another tour guide in Aswan and then we realised what (who) we had!
