When you arrive at Cairo airport our "Egypt Tours Portal" employee will be waiting for you at your arrival gate where he will help you complete all of your passport control formalities and luggage identification & carry.

The Giza pyramids complex has been waiting for your visit for the last 4000 years since its creation. The Giza complex consists of three main pyramids, six little pyramids, the glorious sphinx, and the house of immortality valley temple.

The Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid of Khufu is a true living miracle as it is the last intact structure of the seven wonders of the ancient world, it was constructed in 2580 BC in 20 years using 2,300,000 pieces of limestone each weighing 2.5 tons and a workforce of 100,000 free skilled workers.

The great pyramid stands at the height of 147 m (481 ft) which made it the tallest building in the world for 3800 years. The great pyramid is still the source of great ability to turn heads due to its complex interior compared to its massive magnitude.

The Great Sphinx

The Great Sphinx has stood its ground for countless years acting a source of inspiration for many artists, poets from all over the world as its origin and age is shrouded with a lot of mystery. It has the shape of a mythical creature called the sphinx which has the body of a lion and the head of a man who probably was king Khafre to represent power and wisdom.

The Sphinx has a height of 73 m (240 ft) and 20 m (66 ft) and was carved out of single limestone rock in only 3 years using about 100 free skilled workers.

The Valley Temple

The Valley Temple is where immortality was achieved using the Mummification process, the valley was constructed within Egypt old kingdom (2686 – 2134 BC).

It is one of the best-preserved archaeological sites and the source of great information about the mummification of ancient Egypt.

The valley is made entirely from limestone & granite and holds magnificent diorite statues of king Khafre.

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum holds the enchanting beauty of ancient Egypt, it contains the biggest number of rare ancient Egyptian artifacts & monuments in the world dating to more than 4500 years across the entire history of ancient Egypt.

Inside the two stories building is over than 120,000 artifacts made from extravagant materials like gold and gemstones to ordinary ones like wood or stone that comes in the shape of statues, funerary objects, supplies like the treasures of King Tutankhamun, the Narmer palette, Papyrus, plus a number of displayed mummies and countless others.

You will then transfer to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan and upon arrival, you will check in your 5* deluxe Nile cruise where you will spend the overnight.

The High Dam

The High Dam is the only modern attraction of the city of Aswan, it was constructed between 1960 & 1970. The dam was designed as a co-operation project with Moscow based Hydro project Institute in order to have better control over Nile flooding, generating Hydroelectricity, provide increased water storage for irrigation in its reservoir lake Nasser.

The Unfinished Obelisk

The Unfinished Obelisk was ordered by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to stand at the entrance of the Karnak temple. It was known as "Tekhenu" which means "to pierce the sky", it is highly important because it was able to show how Obelisks were made.

It reached a height of 42 m and weighed 1200 tons. Unfortunately, the obelisk was cracked during construction and remained at the same location even till today.

Philae Temple

Philea temple is the gem of Aswan & the mother of the ancient Egyptian mythology as it holds on its walls the" Myth of Osiris" in which the husband of Isis "Osiris" is killed by His brother Set the god of the desert of chaos out of pure hatred & envy then Osiris is resurrected to be the ruler of the underworld afterward Set is defeated by Hours the sky God the son of Isis and Osiris starting age of peace, prosperity & justice.

The temple was relocated in the 60s to the island of Agilkia as a part of a rescue mission led by UNESCO after the construction of the Aswan High Dam.

Kom Ombo Temple

Kom Ombo Temple "The Hill Of Gold" was constructed in the Greco-Roman period between 205 BC & 180 BC. The unique design of the temple is a distinctive double design divided into two identical sectors, one for the crocodile god Sobek and the other for the falcon sky god Horus.

You will keep sailing until you reach:

Edfu temple

Edfu temple is one of the last temples ever built in Ancient Egypt during the Ptolemaic era between 237 BC & 57 BC to be the official worship house of the sky falcon god Horus. It is believed it was built on the same spot where the battle between the devil god Set and Horus took Place according to Osiris Myth.

It came into light when it was excavated in 1860 by Auguste Mariette a French Egyptologist in 1860, the architecture & interior of the Edfu Temple is beautiful as it mixes between Greek and Egyptian design in the finest manner.

You will continue sailing until you reach the city of Luxor, arrive at night, and spend the overnight on board.

Hatshepsut Temple

Hatshepsut Temple is a perfect example of allure and class, it was known as Djoser-Djeseru (Holy of Holies) and showcases the grandeur of the new kingdom and the vision of one of the most successful and powerful rulers in the history of Ancient Egypt Queen Hatshepsut.

It was designed in 1479 BC and took 15 years to construct, the design of the temple is based on the concept of Classical Architecture as it has three levels with two wide ramps in a central position joining the levels together, and holds some of the most majestic statues, artifacts, monuments in all of Luxor.

Colossi of Memnon

Colossi of Memnon are two colossal blocks of quartzite sandstone standing at the height of 18 m (60ft) weighing 720 tons each and has the shape of Pharaoh Amenhotep III(1386-1350).

The colossi were damaged due to a large earthquake in 27 BC but were reconstructed again in 199 AD.

The statues were very famous during the Greco-Roman period due to “The Vocal Memnon” which resulted from the statutes making a singing voice from time to time at dawn which was nothing more than the sound of the wind passing through the statue.

Karnak Temple

Karnak temple is one of the holiest places in the world and is one of the largest religious man-made constructions in the world. it was known as Ipet-isu “The Most Selected Of Places” and Pr-Imn “House Of Amon”.

It dates to more than 4000 years when it was the center of the religious worship of the entire ancient Egyptian kingdom for more than 1500 years to many deities but was dedicated mainly to the Theban triad which consisted of God Amun with his wife the Goddess of Justice Mut and his son the moon god Khnsou, plus other gods like the great Osiris, Montu, Ptah and Isis.

The Karnak complex was able to immortalize the way of life and the legacy for endless generations.
