 Arrival to Cairo AirportUpon arrival to Cairo airport, “Egypt Tours Portal” representative will assist you through passport control formalities, luggage identification portage will greet you. From the airport, we will transfer you by a private air-conditioned car to your hotel for check-in.  Tour to the Pyramids of Giza:Morning time, have your breakfast, then join your private tour guide to explore majestic of Egypt civilization in Giza Pyramids one of the 7 Wonders of the World:  Giza Pyramids Complex:The complex includes three main pyramids, six little pyramids, the great sphinx and the Valley Temple. The complex dates back to the 4th dynasty 2400 years B.C. Every pyramid belongs to a great pharaoh has a wonderful story in ancient Egyptian history.  The Great Pyramid:The Great Pyramid belongs to King Khufu, it is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids of Giza plateau and the only one to remain intact from the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. The height of the great pyramid is 147 m, the number of stones used in construction is 2,300,000 and it took twenty years to be built.  The Great Sphinx:It is the largest statue in the world, standing 73 m. long, 19 m. wide, and 20 m height. It is the oldest known monumental sculpture. the Sphinx belongs to King Chephren, the purpose of build this massive is protect the complex.  The Valley Temple:A Granite mortuary temple used by Ancient Egyptians for the mummification process and this is the only remaining one at Giza plateau. Proceed to have your lunch at local restaurant in Cairo. Then move to visit :-  Saqqara Step Pyramid:It is considered to be the earliest large-scale cut stone construction; it dates back to the reign of King Djeser who ruled Egypt during the 27th century B.C. The step pyramid consists of 6 steps built atop one another with a height 62m. End the tour to Pyramids by visiting the first capital of Egypt:-  Memphis City:The 1st capital all over Egypt founded by King Menes, It occupied a strategic position between Upper Lower Egypt. Memphis was believed to be under the protection of the god Ptah, the god of creation and artworks. Finally, we drive you back to your hotel. Lunch will be served at local restaurant in Cairo, then proceed to visit :-  Salah El Din Citadel:It served as Egypt’s seat of government till the 1860s, Cairo Citadel is a magnificent fortress. “4-day Private Cairo tour with Reham”
Rewind to day 1 of inquiry with ETP. I sent an online request and Ahmad immediately replied with the itinerary, inclusions and amount. I requested for a female Egyptologist as we are an all-female group. I also requested that we stay in El Tahrir which is more urban and he willingly obliged. The mode of payment is through Paypal but my registered credit card had a problem and Ahmad confirmed our tour with zero deposit. How considerate!
When we arrived, their agent Adel escorted us to our lovely guide Reham and super funny driver Georges. Adel was kind of in a hurry, though, and we weren’t able to exchange our money and buy a sim card in the airport. But it wasn’t really a problem as Reham is kind enough to lend some of her pounds for tipping and we just paid her afterwards. And Georges was even more kind to lend us his spare simcard for the whole duration of our trip.
Our itinerary was definitely followed and meals are included. Reham was always with us making sure that we are taken care of. She is very professional – she comes on time and she is very knowledgeable. She tells us stories in a way that the story comes back to life and we are part of it! She is so cool too – she sang and danced with us in the van in between tours. She even taught us Egyptian songs and Arabic words. And Georges – he is one funny guy and is actually good in photography! We highly recommend them.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. Thanks to ETP for the hassle-free tour and for giving us Reham and Georges.

A great way to spend 3 nights! Well sorted ‘overall’ package including all the main attractions.
Stress free arrangement from airport walk through to visa…immigration.. luggage and to private transfer. All from the get go.
I wont go into the review of each location, as you can read up most on the web.
I will, however, review the service you will receive!
Communication, payments etc. A breeze and very responsive from head office. No concerns at all.
OVERALL RATING: 11 out of 10!
Driver: Always Courteous, well presented, on time and professional. With the chaotic Cairo traffic – never once felt unsafe!
Guide: Ahmed Dahab
Excellent guide with a masters in Egyptology – and it shows! Ahmed was patient with explanation of each location and most important facts, overall extremely knowledgeable – which was a pleasure, as this is key to understanding Egypt’s very rich history. I learnt alot!
Even got a few ‘local tips’ for the best seating place/venue for the Sphinx Light show! HINT, Dont pay for tickets…theres a better viewing place!
I would easily recommend Ahmed Dahab if you get a chance to visit Egypt!
If you dont like tour ‘groups’..pay the extra and go private with this team.
Ill be using them again next time!

My partner and I booked a 4 days/3 nights Cairo Highlights tour with Egypt Tours Portal. When we initially made inquiries with Egypt Tours Portal, we received very prompt responses to all our queries and concerns. They were able to personalise our tour to fit everything that we wanted. When we arrived in Cairo, we were greeted by our tour guide and driver. We found them to be extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Besides the main attractions of Egypt, our tour guide made our experience a very memorable one. In the few days we had in Egypt, we were able to experience the traditional Egyptian culture and a variety of delicious and authentic foods.
