Your two days Luxor and Cairo from Aswan tour will begin by having your breakfast then our representative will pick you up from your hotel in Aswan then board a train to the immortal city of Luxor where you will discover some of the tiptop Luxor tourist attractions starting with:

Colossi of Memnon

Colossi of Memnon consists of two colossal blocks of quartzite sandstone standing at the height of 18 m (60ft) weighing 720 tons each that has the shape of Amenhotep III(1386-1350), the colossi are quite damaged due to a large earthquake in 27 BC but were rebuilt again in 199 AD. The statues were famous during the Greco-Roman period because of The Vocal Memnon which the statutes sang for time to time at dawn in a crying sound which was nothing more than the sound of the wind passing through the statue.

The sphinx has the height of 73 m (240 ft) and 20 m (66 ft) and was carved out of single limestone rock in only 3 years using about 100 free skilled workers.

The Valley Temple

It was constructed within Egypt old kingdom (2686 2134 BC) and remains one of the best-preserved archaeological sites and the source of great information about the mummification process in ancient Egypt, it's made entirely from limestone & granite and contains amazing diorite statues of king Khafre.
