Saqqara Step Pyramid is the first pyramid in ancient Egyptian history that started the age of pyramid constructions in Egypt. It was designed by the infamous Imhotep the vizier of Pharaoh Djoser to have a unique design made of six steps and stands at a total height of 62 m. also the pyramid is surrounded by a complex which was the first of its kind containing beautiful decorations and majestic ceremonial structures.

At the end of the second day, you will be transported to Cairo airport to catch your flight to the magical city of Luxor as you will your tour guide then check in a 5* hotel and spend the overnight.

The Karnak temple is known as the temple of holy beauty, it is one of the world's biggest open-air museums. It was known as Ipet-isu The Most Selected Of Places and Pr-Imn House Of Amon. It is one of the largest religious man-made construction in the world and dates to more than 4000 years. It was the heart of the religious practices of the entire ancient Egyptian kingdom for more than 1500 years. It had a shrine for various deities like Osiris, Montu, Ptah, Isis, and more but it was dedicated mainly to the Theban triad which consisted of God Amun with his wife the Goddess of Justice Mut, and his son the moon god Khnsou.

Lunch will proceed at a wonderful restaurant then you will be transferred to a 5* hotel to check-in and refresh yourself and at night, you will head with your tour guide to visit:

Luxor temple can truly reflect the hypnotic beauty, charm & artistic spirit of the entire city. It was built in 1400 BCE during the reign of Pharaoh Amenhotep III where it was known as "Ipetresyet" which means the southern sanctuary. It was dedicated to the God Amun of the Theban Triad and to represent the notion of the rejuvenation of kingship, the temple was truly magical due to its extensive decorations. The best time to visit the temple is at night when the moon shines only for the temple and everything comes to the land of the living.

Transfer to your 5* hotel for the overnight.

Valley of the kings is a magical passage to the afterlife built by the ancient Egyptians in the heart of a mountain to be the final resting place of the greatest kings and queens of Egypt new Kingdom (1570-1070 BC). The valley became a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1979 because of its historical & artistic importance, it holds 63 tombs filled with various majestic artifacts, statues, and mesmerizing decorations, and the most famous ones are Rameses II, Amenhotep I, Hatshepsut, and the famous boy-king Tutankhamun.

Hatshepsut Temple was known as Djeser-Djeseru (Holy of Holies)and is believed to be the most beautiful structure of the ancient Egyptian civilization. It was built in 1479 BC to showcase the menace of the new kingdom (1550-1070 BC), Hatshepsut's dedication to the god Amun and her power & charm made her one of the most successful rulers in the history of Ancient Egypt. The design of the temple is based on the concept of Classical Architecture and contains some of the most impressive statues in her image, decorations, and art pieces in all of Egypt.

Colossi of Memnon was built by Amenhotep III (1386-1350)to be the colossal guardians of Luxor, they consist of two blocks of quartzite sandstone standing at the height of 18 m (60ft) weighing 720 tons each and have the shape of Pharaoh himself. The colossi were damaged due to a large earthquake in 27 BC but were rebuilt once again in 199 AD. The statues were very famous during the Greco-Roman period due to the phenomenon called The Vocal Memnon which resulted from the statues creating a sinning sound from time to time which was nothing more than the sound of the wind passing through the statue at dawn.

At the end of the day, transfer back to your 5* hotel in Luxor for the overnight.

The Egyptian Museum is the gatekeeper & storage holder of all wonders and mysteries of the ancient Egyptian civilization. The museum was constructed in 1901 to stand the test of time. The monuments and artifacts within the museum date back more than 4000 years from various time periods.

Salah El-Din citadel has been watching over the city for generation after generation and that's why it is dubbed the Cairo citadel. It was completed in 1182 AD by the great ruler salah el din. It served as a powerful fortress against the crusaders & napoleon's French invasion and in the 19^th century, it became the headquarters of the government for more than 700 years. The citadel is a true wonder holding between its walls unimaginable beauty & wonder and a number of museums, and beautifully structured buildings.

Mohamed Ali Mosque is a living piece of art known as the alabaster mosque due to the extensive usage of marble. It was constructed between 1830 and 1848 AD to be a replica of the blue mosque in Istanbul as a symbol of independence and freedom against the Ottoman Empire. The mosque is constructed in ottoman style architecture with French rococo influences and a great breathtaking dome. It contains an ornate brass clock a gift from King Louis Philippe of France to Muhammad Ali in 1845 in exchange for an obelisk that stands in the Concorde square in Paris and a Turkish ablutions fountain resembling a giant Easter egg.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) will offer a golden route across the 5000-year-old history & culture of the ancient Egyptian civilization where the magic and brilliance of Egypt are still alive and well and ready to be explored. The museum is found in the heart of the old Cairo in Fustat where it was open to the public from the start of 2020.

Al-Muizz Street is a celestial golden monument in a shape of a great labyrinth filled with countless houses and house museums that came into existence between 953–975 AD as a cultural and architectural gathering while being an important souq, and a religious & defensive attraction.

Khan El Khalili Mosque is a living blast from the past that has found a way to survive in our time. The bazaar is known as the golden brick road of the Middle East and the oldest active market in the Middle East dating back to 970 AD, the street contains Islamic architectural designs and decorations in the finest fashion. The street remains active today and contains everything a traveler could desire, it is also filled with a number of cafes and shops that date back hundreds of years providing an awesome vintage feel.

You will then end your day and then transfer your 5*hotel in Cairo for the overnight.

Pompey's Pillar is a genuine symbol of might and the largest monolith column ever built outside of Rome. It stands at a height of 28 m tall and 2.7 m wide of pure red granite and on its western upper side is a Greek inscription dedicated to Emperor Diocletian. The reason why it is named Pompey's pillar is that in the Middle Ages the crusaders mistakenly believed that the remains of the great Roman general Pompey are located in a pot at the very top of the pillar.

Qaitbay Citadel is an echo from the past waiting to survive, it was constructed in 1477 by sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf Al-Din Qa'it bay in the same location which held the legendary lighthouse of Alexandria using the stones salvaged from the destroyed lighthouse that served as the third longest surviving ancient wonder in the world until it's destruction by a series of earthquakes between 956 AD and 1323 AD. The citadel has some incredible enchanting designs for the Islamic era.

Alexandria Library acts as a commemoration of the ancient Alexandria library, it is one of the most famous and recognized destinations in the world. It is one of the largest and most advanced libraries in the world, it contains the world's sixth-largest Francophone library in the world. The library is a trilingual one as it contains books in Arabic, English, and French plus it holds the largest depository of French books in North Africa and the Middle East, beautiful art galleries plus a collection of some of the rarest collections of books in the world.

Finally, transfer back to your hotel in Cairo by a private air-conditioned car overnight.
