Giza Pyramids complex is a monumental site that has endured for more than 4,000 years, making it one of the oldest and most extraordinary attractions on Earth. The complex is composed of three main pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the iconic Great Sphinx, and the sacred Valley Temple, often referred to as the house of immortality.
The Great Pyramid of Khufu is the largest and most epic pyramid in the complex. It was commissioned by King Khufu, who continued the ambitious building legacy of his father Sneferu, this colossal structure remains unmatched in scale and precision, securing its place among the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
Giza Sphinx is an immortal protector that was constructed during the reign of King Khafre, Khufu’s son. Its face bears the likeness of the king himself, while its lion’s body symbolizes strength and guardianship, standing eternally as the protector of the pyramids.
The Valley Temple is the very site where ancient Egyptians carried out the purification and Mummification rituals for their kings. This remarkable structure offers deep insight into the sophisticated beliefs and practices of ancient dynasties, as your guide shares fascinating stories about the highly advanced systems the Egyptians developed to prepare for the afterlife.
The Grand Egyptian Museum is a marvelous hub into more than 5,000 years of Egyptian creativity, innovation, and spiritual thought. Perfectly aligned with the pyramids of Giza and covering nearly 490,000 square meters, the museum seamlessly connects ancient civilization with modern architectural brilliance. Inside, you’ll encounter unparalleled treasures, including the Hanging Obelisk, the towering 11-meter colossus of Ramses II, and the complete collection of over 5,000 artifacts from King Tutankhamun, making this visit truly unforgettable.
Afterward, you’ll be transferred to enjoy a delicious lunch at a restaurant offering spectacular pyramid or Nile views, before continuing your cultural exploration with your private Egyptologist guide.
The groundbreaking Saqqara step pyramid came into existence through the brilliance of the visionary architect Imhotep for Pharaoh Djoser (2670–2650 B.C), this six-tiered monument is recognized as the world’s first large-scale stone structure. Its innovative design transformed royal tomb architecture and paved the way for the later pyramids of Giza. The surrounding ceremonial courtyards and stone-built complex mark a decisive turning point in human architectural history.
At the end of your enriching day, you’ll catch your flight to Aswan, where you'll check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing overnight stay.

It was built to protect Egypt’s ancient monuments from the dangers of Nile flooding, the dam continues to play a vital role today as a primary source of power, significantly improving living conditions across the country.
The colossal Unfinished Obelisk is the largest obelisk ever attempted by humankind. It was established by Queen Hatshepsut as a counterpart to the Lateran Obelisk, it was intended to be transported to Karnak Temple and erected at its entrance. When a crack appeared at its top during construction, the queen chose to abandon it in its original quarry in Aswan, where it remains as a powerful testament to ancient Egyptian ambition and craftsmanship.
The enchanting Philae Temple is a beautifully scenic sanctuary set on Agilkia Island. The Great Temple of Ramses II is famed for the remarkable Sun Festival, which takes place each year on February 22 and October 22, when sunlight penetrates the sanctuary to illuminate the statues of the gods and the king himself. The eternal Karnak Temple complex is the largest and oldest religious center ever created. Its construction unfolded over nearly two millennia, beginning in the Middle Kingdom and continuing through the Greco-Roman period (2000 BC–30 BC) across 247 acres of sacred land. Primarily dedicated to the Theban Triad—Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, the vast complex represents an enduring masterpiece of ancient architectural and artistic achievement. Its wonders include the awe-inspiring Great Hypostyle Hall, the sacred Precinct of Amun-Re, and the ceremonial Avenue of Sphinxes, which once connected Karnak to the elegant Luxor Temple, forming a divine processional path.
The Valley of the Kings is an underground maze carved deep into a sacred mountain. Used for nearly 500 years during the New Kingdom (1570–1050 BC), the valley contains 63 royal tombs belonging to Egypt’s greatest kings and queens, including Ramses the Great, Hatshepsut, Seti I, and Tutankhamun, among many others. Each tomb serves as a visual chronicle, preserving invaluable knowledge about royal beliefs, rituals, and artistic traditions of ancient Egypt.

Colossi of Memnon, silent guardians of the Theban plain that were carved in 1350 BC in the likeness of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386–1349 BC). Completed in 1993, the mosque was designed by Michel Pinseau and crafted by skilled artisans from across Morocco. Everyone will be part of a fun and panoramic introduction to Casablanca, revealing the city’s contrasting layers. Along the oceanfront promenades of La Corniche and Ain Diab, contemporary life unfolds beside the sea, while wide boulevards influenced by French planning reflect the city’s 20th-century evolution. Historic districts such as Quartier Habous and the Old Medina expose deeper roots, complemented by landmarks including Rick’s Café, Mohammed V Square, the Sacred Heart Cathedral, and the Central Market, each capturing a distinct rhythm of daily life.
You will then travel by private vehicle to Rabat, Morocco’s capital, where history and elegance exist in perfect balance.
The incredible Hassan Tower is an enduring trace of Almohad ambition. It was commissioned in the 12th century by Caliph Abu Yusuf Yaqub al-Mansur, it was intended to form the centerpiece of one of the largest mosques ever planned. Work ceased after his death in 1199, leaving the 44-meter minaret encircled by rows of stone columns that still hint at the original scale.
The tranquil Mausoleum of Mohammed V, the final resting place of King Mohammed V, and home to the tombs of King Hassan II and Prince Abdallah is a captivating wonder that was established in 1971 and designed by Cong Vo Toan, the white-marble monument blends traditional Moroccan craftsmanship with modern architectural lines, creating a space of dignity and calm.

Day 9: The Enchanting Attractions of Meknes & Volubilis
Begin your morning with breakfast, then set off with your tour guide toward the magnificent city of Meknes, one of Morocco’s four Imperial cities and a powerful symbol of centralized rule since the 17th century. Here, a series of grand monuments reveals the legacy of royal ambition and refined craftsmanship.
Bab Mansour is widely regarded as the most impressive monumental gate in Morocco. It was completed in 1732, its striking façade is decorated with green and white zellij tiles, Quranic inscriptions, and marble columns taken from the Roman ruins of Volubilis. More than a gateway, Bab Mansour was conceived as a statement of authority, meant to awe visiting dignitaries and proclaim Meknes as an imperial capital.
The Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail is a serene and active religious complex that stands among the few sacred sites in Morocco open to non-Muslim visitors. Within its calm courtyards and softly illuminated prayer halls, delicate plasterwork surrounds the tomb of Sultan Moulay Ismail. The peaceful atmosphere contrasts with the Sultan’s famously strict rule, offering a nuanced perspective on how power and piety were remembered.
Heri es-Souani & Royal Stables are immense structures that once stored grain and sheltered up to 12,000 horses. Engineered with advanced ventilation and water systems, these vast facilities highlight the logistical sophistication that supported Meknes’ military strength.
Place el-Hedim is a broad, open square that serves as the city’s social heart. Especially lively in the evening, it draws cafés, performers, and vendors into an atmosphere often compared to Jemaa el-Fna, though with a distinctly local character.
Dar Jamai Museum is loaded with magical marvels of musical wonder that is housed in an elegant 19th-century palace. The museum’s collections of Moroccan woodwork, ceramics, textiles, and jewelry provide valuable cultural context to the artistry that defines Meknes.
You will have your lunch at a local restaurant in meknes, then proceed to visit:
Volubilis was once the administrative capital of Roman Mauretania Tingitana and today Morocco’s most important Roman archaeological site. The city flourished between the 1st and 3rd centuries AD, growing wealthy through olive oil production and trade with Rome. Its private residences preserve remarkable Roman mosaics in their original locations, depicting mythological figures such as Hercules, Orpheus, and Venus, reflecting both artistic excellence and elite lifestyles.
At the heart of the city stands the 3rd-century Basilica, where administrative and judicial affairs were conducted beneath soaring columns. Nearby rises the Triumphal Arch of Caracalla, built in 211 AD to honor Emperor Caracalla and once crowned by a bronze chariot, symbolizing loyalty to Rome. The Capitoline Temple, dedicated to Jupiter, Juno, and Minerva, reinforced religious and political authority, while the remains of the forum and public baths reveal everyday Roman life, spaces of commerce, debate, hygiene, and social exchange.

For generations, scholars gathered here to study theology, astronomy, mathematics, and law, shaping both Islamic scholarship and European intellectual history.

You will have your lunch at a local restaurant in Fez, then proceed to visit:

The elegant Nejjarine Fountain is a celestial 18th-century architectural jewel adorned with floral zellij tiles and carved cedar wood. It stands beside a former caravanserai that once welcomed merchants traveling across North Africa, reflecting Fez’s historic role as a commercial crossroads.
Fes el-Bali is an epic vast medina of over 9,000 narrow alleys and the largest car-free urban area in the world. Here, donkeys still carry goods, and workshops resonate with trades practiced for centuries, preserving the atmosphere of a living medieval city.
