Your once in a lifetime 8 days Cairo and Upper Egypt tour will begin its first day when you arrive at Cairo airport where our "Egypt Tours Portal" employee will assist you to complete all of your passport control formalities and luggage identification and carry. You will be transported a private air-conditioned car to your 5* hotel reservation for checking-in. During the evening, a Dinner cruise on the heavenly Nile will be waiting for you as you will get to relax and witness a memorable colorful belly dancing show with a folklore band featuring a hypnotic Tannoura spin in keeping with Egypt's whirling dervishes' tradition, finally, you will head back to your hotel for the overnight.

Giza Pyramids Complex is like a vault where all the secrets of Ancient Egypt were protected for more than 4000 years. The complex consists of three main Pyramids, six little pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the immortal Valley Temple.
The Great Pyramid of King Khufu is living proof of how the ancient Egyptians achieved Brilliance & immortality. It is the last intact structure of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World as It was constructed in 2580 BC for 20 years using 2,300,000 pieces of limestone each weighing 2.5 tons and a workforce of about 100,000 free skilled workers. It has a height of 147 m (481 ft) which made it the tallest building in the world for 3800 years until the construction of the Lincoln Cathedral in England in 1311.
The Great Sphinx is an image of the hero of Egypt which has the shape of a mythical creature called the sphinx that possesses the body of a lion and the head of a man believed to be king Khafre to reference his might and wisdom. The sphinx stands at the height of 73 m (240 ft) and 19 m (66 ft) and was carved out of colossal single limestone rock.
The Valley Temple is the headquarters of the Mummification Process. It was constructed within Egypt old Kingdom (2686 2134 BC) within the complex and thanks to the ancient Egyptians the valley became one of the best-preserved archeological sites of the Ancient Egyptian Civilization and the source of important information about the mummification process and mortuary rituals of Ancient Egypt.

Saqqara Step Pyramid is an architectural marvel credited with starting the golden age of pyramids constructions in Ancient Egypt. It was designed by the brilliant Imhotep the vizier of Pharaoh Djoser. It has a unique design made up of six steps and stands at the height of 62 m and around it is a great complex containing majestic decorations and enchanting ceremonial structures.
Memphis city is where history was written and Egypt became. Memphis was the first official capital of Egypt founded by King Menes Narmer to be the life of the two lands. It is known for being the land of Endurance & beauty and was the home of the god Ptah the patron of creation and artwork. It holds artifacts dating to more than 4000 years to some of the biggest names in Ancient Egypt like Ramsess II and great temples to deities like Aton & Hathor.
At the end of the day, you will head to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan and upon arrival, you will check into your hotel reservation in Aswan for the overnight.

The High Dam is a modern wonder constructed between 1960 & 1970 as a symbol of a new age. The dam was designed as a co-operation project with Moscow based Hydro project Institute to create better control over Nile flooding, generating Hydroelectricity, and provide increased water storage for irrigation. The dam was the cause of the possible loss of the great Abu Simbel temple and the Philae temple.
The Unfinished Obelisk is like a fair lady from the history books ordered by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to stand at the entrance of the Karnak temple. It was known as "Tekhenu" which means "To Pierce the Sky" and showcases how obelisks were shaped, it would have reached the height of 42 m and weighed 1200 tons but unfortunately, the obelisk was cracked during construction and remained at the same location even till today.
Move with your tour guide to have your lunch, then continue your tour by exploring.

The temple was built in 1479 BC of the new kingdom and took 15 years to complete.
Colossi of Memnon are two massive blocks of quartzite sandstone standing at the height of 18 m (60ft) weighing 720 tons each and have the shape of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386-1350). They have stood as guards for the city of Luxor for countless years. The colossi were damaged by a large earthquake in 27 BC and were rebuilt in 199 AD.
