Finally, we will drive you back to your hotel for spending the overnight.

The legendary Cairo Citadel rises as a mighty guardian of Egypt’s royal heritage. It was constructed by Salah El Din between 1176 and 1183 AD and expanded until 1848. This formidable fortress crowns the strategic heights of Mokattam Hill, Cairo’s highest point. For more than 700 years, it served as the beating heart of the nation’s political and military power.

The exquisite Mohamed Ali Mosque is a shining masterpiece of Ottoman-inspired Egyptian architecture. Built in the 19th century, it stands proudly within the Cairo Citadel, boasting graceful domes, soaring twin minarets, and a dazzling skyline presence. Today, it remains one of Cairo’s most cherished and visited landmarks. It holds a very unique resemblance to the magical blue mosque in Turkey.

The enchanting National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is a celebration of Egypt’s timeless cultural richness. Inaugurated in 2020 in the historic heart of Fustat, it offers a golden journey through more than 50,000 artifacts that trace the story of Egypt from prehistoric origins to modern times, including the iconic Royal Mummies Hall. 

The Living open-air Museum of Muizz Street stands as one of Cairo’s oldest and most vibrant historical treasures. Originating in the Fatimid era of the 10th century and named after Caliph Al-Mu‘izz li-Din Allah, it is adorned with mosques, houses, and monuments that beautifully reveal the evolution of Islamic art and architecture.

The golden Khan El Khalili Bazaar is a dazzling cultural crossroads and one of the world’s most iconic marketplaces. It is established between 1382 and 1389 AD in stunning Mamluk style, it remains a treasure-filled labyrinth of crafts, jewelry, antiques, and handmade wonders, home to Egypt’s finest artisans and storytellers.

At the end of the day, we will transfer you to the hotel for overnight.

Hagia Sophia is a timeless masterpiece where empires, faiths, and centuries meet beneath one magnificent dome. It was built in 537 AD by Emperor Justinian. This architectural wonder served as a Byzantine basilica, an imperial mosque, and today stands as one of Istanbul’s most cherished symbols. Topkapi Palace is the dazzling heart of the Ottoman Empire, a majestic complex that served as the royal residence for nearly 400 years. It was built in the 15th century by Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror; its courtyards, gardens, and pavilions overlook the meeting point of Europe and Asia. It holds sacred relics, jeweled thrones, imperial robes, lavish porcelain collections, and the legendary Harem, where queens, sultans, and stories of power once unfolded.

The Blue Mosque a.k.a the Sultan Ahmed Mosque, is a breathtaking fusion of Ottoman artistry and divine elegance. Completed in 1616, it earned its famous name from more than 20,000 handmade Iznik blue tiles that shimmer across its interior like a celestial sky. Its six minarets, cascading domes, and vast courtyard make it one of Istanbul’s most iconic silhouettes. Step inside and you are enveloped in a serene world of geometric harmony, calligraphy, and spiritual light, an experience that reflects centuries of devotion and architectural mastery.

The Hippodrome a.k.a Sultanahmet Square, was built as a grand chariot-racing arena by Emperor Septimius Severus in 203 AD and later expanded by Constantine the Great. It was the heart of public life in Byzantine Constantinople, hosting chariot races, political events, and public spectacles. Capable of holding up to 100,000 spectators, it was a hub of social and political activity. Sultanahmet Square at the moment retains its historic charm, featuring iconic monuments like the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, and the Walled Obelisk, all remnants of the square’s monumental past.

The Grand Bazaar is a world within a world as it is a vibrant maze of treasures, colors, and centuries-old craftsmanship. Founded in 1461 and expanded over time, it is one of the oldest and largest covered markets on earth, housing more than 4,000 shops beneath its domed corridors. Here, the scent of spices mingles with the shimmer of gold, carpets, ceramics, leather, lamps, and antiques. Every shopkeeper is a storyteller, every corner a discovery. 

In the evening, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cappadocia. Upon arrival, meet your representative and transfer to your hotel to spend the night.

Uchisar Castle has been a natural fortress since ancient times at the highest point of Cappadocia, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the region. It was carved from volcanic rock, and it has served as a strategic stronghold throughout history, especially during Byzantine times. The castle itself dates back to Roman times, but it became a prominent military site during the Seljuk period (12th–13th centuries). 

The Göreme Open-Air Museum is a vast monastic complex carved directly into the soft volcanic rock of Cappadocia. This UNESCO World Heritage Site dates back to the 10th century and was once the center of Byzantine monastic life. The museum houses a collection of rock-cut churches with frescoes depicting Christian iconography, many of which were created between the 10th and 12th centuries. Notable highlights include the Dark Church, known for its remarkably well-preserved frescoes, and the Apple Church, with vibrant religious artwork that offers a glimpse into the region’s early Christian history.

Avanos is a living artistic marvel that is located along the Red River (Kizilirmak), has a rich history dating back to Hittite times (around 2000 BC), though it became especially renowned for its pottery after the Hellenistic period. The river’s unique red clay is still used today to create handcrafted pottery, continuing a tradition that has flourished for over 3,000 years. It is loaded with workshops where artisans use the same techniques passed down through generations, plus quaint streets, riverside cafes, and the historic suspension bridge, which was built during the Ottoman period and serves as a vital connection across the Red River.

Pasabag, also known as Monks Valley, is renowned for its towering fairy chimneys, which are thought to have formed around 60 million years ago due to volcanic activity. These surreal rock formations were once inhabited by Christian monks during the Byzantine period (4th–11th centuries). The valley gets its name from the monks who carved out their hermitages and churches in the soft volcanic rock. The valley contains some of the most striking examples of these mushroom-shaped chimneys, offering a glimpse into the region’s spiritual and cultural history.

Devrent Valley, or the Imagination Valley, is a natural wonder where the volcanic rock formations have created shapes that resemble animals, faces, and even mythical creatures. Unlike other valleys in Cappadocia, Devrent has no ancient dwellings or churches, but its strange and imaginative shapes are thought to have been formed over millions of years. The valley is part of the geological history of Cappadocia, where erosion over time has shaped the unique landscape. All of this explains why it's a popular site for photography.

In the Evening, you will transfer to the airport for your flight back to Istanbul, then head back with your tour guide to spend the overnight stay in your Istanbul hotel.
