The Great Pyramid

The Great Sphinx

The great Sphinx of Khafre (2558 – 2532 BC) Horus of the horizon is one of the largest and oldest man-made statues on earth featuring facial images of Khafre and the lion’s body. In front of the sphinx is the legendary dream stele of Thutmose IV.

The Valley Temple

The valley Temple's main purpose was to complete the mummification process on the kings and Queens of the old kingdom. It is considered by far to be one of the oldest medical facilities in the world.

Saqqara Step Pyramid

The great step Pyramid of Saqqara was built between (2670 – 2650 BC) for pharaoh Djoser through the unique vision of his vizier Imhotep, who wished to build a six steps pyramid that possessed a mortuary complex and a massive courtyard.

Overnight

Finally, the whole family will drive back to your hotel in Cairo for the overnight.

Salah El Din Citadel

The Cairo Citadel is a powerful defensive fortress that came to be between 1176 and 1182 to be Egypt's government headquarters for more than 700 years. All over the citadel are various museums and mosques featuring marvelous decorations and captivating examples of Islamic architecture.

Mohamed Ali Mosque

Mohamed Ali Mosque is an enchanting religious center that became a true symbol of freedom constructed between 1830 & 1848. It is considered to be an ideal example of Ottoman architecture and art. It has become known by the name "The Alabaster Mosque" as the walls were made of white alabaster from the Giza complex.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is the newly added wonder that was birthed in 2017 to shed some light on the long history and culture of Egypt. The museum is filled with about 50000 pieces of art from different ages from Pharaonic, Greco-Roman, Coptic, and Islamic, to the current Modern age across more than 5000 years represented in the most ideal manner. The hall of mummies contains very preserved 18 kings and 4 queens dating back more than 4500 years.

Al Muizz Street

Across the golden street of Al Muizz, everyone will learn about the miraculous history and culture which lasted for hundreds of years during the 10th century AD of the Fatimid era which is shown very clearly across all the blessed works of art and architecture in this golden civilization. 

Khan El Khalili Bazaar

Khan El-Khalili bazaar is a magical center for shopping that was constructed in 970 AD, home to many miraculous treasures and the most skilled local artists in the core of Cairo featuring some spectacular decorations.

Overnight

The whole family will head back to their hotel in Cairo to spend the overnight.

Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa

The Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa are a wonder from the middle ages dating to the 2n century BC. It has three floors containing unique decorations and the Caracalla hall from the early Roman and Hellenistic eras.

Pompey's Pillar

Pompey’s pillar was cared around 300 AD for the Roman emperor Diocletian at 33.85 m high and made of granite and rumored to possess the remains of General Pompey.

Qaitbay Citadel

The Qaitbay Citadel is can be found on the shores of the Mediterranean seacoast that was built by Mamluk Sultan Al-Ashraf Sayf al-Din Qa'it Bay in 1447 AD on the exact location that held one of the seven wonders of the ancient world Lighthouse of Alexandria.

The whole family will have their lunch in a local restaurant in Alexandria.

Alexandria Library

The Bibliotheca of Alexandria was opened for the public in 2002 to keep the spirit of the ancient library of Alexandria alive. It contains the sixth-biggest francophone collection of books on the earth and holds a number of inner museums, art galleries, and many more.

Overnight

The whole family will return to their hotel in Cairo to spend the overnight.
