Valley of the Kings

The magical underground Valley of the Kings is a royal labyrinth of tombs up to 63 all belonging to New Kingdom (1540-1070 BC) elites such as Seti I, Tutankhamun, Thutmose I, and Ramses II, plus high priests, queens from the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties. The Valley of the King's entrance leads to the core of a divine mythical hill that resembles the Ben-Ben where the universe was created by Amun. The Valley is by far an archaeological treasure that was able to shed light on the religious beliefs and funerary practices of that period.

Hatshepsut Temple

The miraculous and spiritual mortuary temple of Hatshepsut was constructed to become a divine masterpiece of ancient Egyptian architecture which come alive across its three huge terraces which were carved in the heavenly cliffs of Deir el-Bahari during her reign (1473–1458 BC) plus it has a number of Hatshepsut mummiform statues as the ruler of the Underworld Osiris. The holy of the holies was designed and overseen by her main steward of Amun, Senenmut.

Colossi of Memnon

The two immortal guardians of Thebes were created by Amenhotep III in 1350 BC to become a symbol of power and bliss. The Colossi of Memnon was made from quartzite sandstone which was quarried at Cairo and transported to Thebes across 675 km (420 mi). It was built and renovated countless times, especially during the Greco-Roman period.
