Amazing company!
From booking until our drop off back home to Hurghada, Egypt Tours Portal took care of all of our needs and more. The office is very quick to respond and can custom build an itinerary to suit any needs.
The guides are all qualified egyptologists and provide extensive knowledge not only for the tours but also allow you to avoid the crowds and queues giving you an incredibly relaxed and special tour in total safety. All the vehicles, drivers and transport is of the highest quality and private with the flexibility to do extended tours or shopping if you require.

Starting from El Gouna they organised our transport to Cairo where our guide Ahmed Dahab showed us through the Egyptian Museum, pointing out the major pieces and giving us all the information we would have missed doing this ourselves.
Next to Giza and the amazing pyramids and Sphinx where Ahmed once again shone bright with his knowledge of egyptology and local knowledge avoiding the crowds and queues.
With the sound and light show done we then flew to Luxor where our next guide Haytham Saady or ‘Sam’ greets us with his infectious smile.

Staying in the Steinberger Hotel for the night we really feel like royalty. Breakfast is incredible and we need to be dragged away to start the sights.

Sam is incredibly passionate about the history and people and we get an invaluable insight into Ancient Egyptian culture and construction. With Karnak and Luxor temples visited it’s time to check into our room on board M/S Sarah, our Nile Cruise ship, and relax before the sound and light show of Karnak Temple later in the evening.

The following day is spent visiting the Valley of the Kings and once again having a private guide pays off with Sam pointing us toward the most impressive of the tombs and being able to explain the major pieces, differences and background to really immerse us in the experience. Hatshepsut’s stunning temple is next on our tour and is one of only three of this design and magnitude in the world. An awe inspiring story and impressive ruins to boot. The Colossi of Memnon is visites before rejoining the boat for our cruise to Edfu.

Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples are on the agenda for day three and Sam shows us the most important parts of the temples, again making himself absolutely invaluable to our experience. We stop for coffee and shisha before boarding the boat again for the cruise to Aswan.
This was a special trip for us, celebrating our engagement and Sam upon learning this organised and dance and cake on board the vessel, much to the delight of everyone in the dining room.

The last day we check out a little later and visit the British Dam, High Dam and take a boat trip onto an island containing the Philae Temple. The Unfinished Obelisk rounds out our sightseeing and shows the incredible ability of the Ancient Egyptian engineers.

We absolutely loved this tour and will be recommending the company to everyone and anyone who is considering an Egyptian holiday. We are not ones for organised tours normally, preferring to do our own research but we both agree this trip wouldn’t have been anywhere near as enjoyable without our guides.

These guys are top shelf and professional and we look forward to hearing from others how amazing their experiences were while travelling with Egypt Tours Portal.

The first day at Giza Pyramids and flight to Aswan was hectic , Pyramids, Museum and other sites in one day and catching connected flight to Aswan was very tight and tiresome.
Travelling through Nile with Crown Jubilee cruise was amazing, We enjoyed a lot.
Our tour guide at Cairo – Ismail and at Aswan-Luxor – Ayman ( 3 Days ) were very nice, informative and very co operative. they make our trip memorable.

Spent an amazing week in Egypt thanks to Egypt Tours Portal. Everything was wonderful and it was so convenient and easy not to have to organize anything on my own. My guides were excellent. Amany showed me a wonderful time in Cairo, and took me to an awesome little roadside stand for delicious breakfast pitas so I got a little bit of authentic local color, right off the bat. She was knowledgeable and a lot of fun! Omar was a wonderful guide for the Nile Cruise portion of my trip from Luxor to Aswan. I learned so much from him, and all of his knowledge made the sites that I was seeing feel so much more impactful! It was also nice to be steered clear of scams! I recommend the company highly, and Amany and Omar as guides! Everything was stellar! Thanks so much!
